What you can learn
I'm Tash! I have a Bachelor of Music (Jazz Performance). I'm also an Artist + Session Guitarist based in Sydney Australia. I specialise developing your own style and skills in any genre from Jazz, Blues, RnB to Pop. This can include as much Technique and Theory as you'd like to do! I've had some awesome opportunities I've played with Bryan Adams on stage, written with Dave Stewart and played session Guitar for Mike Shinoda.

May 2023I've already learned so much my brain hurts! I feel jazzier already. Tash is great at working with players of different skill levels. She has given me some simpler things to work on since I'm a beginner. She offers insights into her arrangements and ways to "put your own spin" on them. She has obviously put a lot of effort into the course materials including putting the note names on the notes and offering fingering suggestions. I've taken several of the TIL classes and they are such a great way to learn.

It's been a long time since I've met a musical artist as creative & accomplished at guitar as Tash is, who has a heart for teaching too 馃幐馃槑馃挏! She's able to adapt quickly to a variety of skill levels & genres, from beginner to advanced, from rock to jazz, and beyond 馃槑. She's super chill & patient too 馃槑. The only "faux pas" we had during our first lesson was that while we both read music we had to figure out that we call notes different names 馃槀 because we grew up in different places, which only adds to the fun! Tash & I are going to fly to the moon 馃殌 and back through learning some awesome Frank Sinatra chord-melodies on guitar, and I'm excited about it 馃幐馃檶! Thanks Tash!
